10*12*2011 - Client Support Area Now Online

After struggling with the format for more than 3 weeks I've finally settled on a format I feel comfortable with.  The SMK Web Design Client Support area of the Web Site will provide Clients with exclusive access to our Help Desk, FAQ, and Enhancement Request sections of the Web Site.  Customers may submit support requests via the automated ticket tracking system, and browse the frequently asked questions section for quick, simple fixes to commonly encountered issues.  Clients with a requirement for enhancement development may also use the Client Support area to submit their enhancement requests directly to our development staff.

From my experience, this type of Client Support feature is rare among freelance designers and alike.  My hope is to provide cutting edge, efficient, and timely support to all Clients with the help of this Customer-friendly tool.
