The Client Support area of the Site has been modified to include an Account Management tool for all Clients.  Clients may now log in to their respective accounts and make changes to their Client profile and/or company profile, as well as view and pay invoices.  To access the Account Management area of the Client Support section, simply log in to your account using your Client ID Number and click the Account Management option in the lower right corner of the page.

After struggling with the format for more than 3 weeks I've finally settled on a format I feel comfortable with.  The SMK Web Design Client Support area of the Web Site will provide Clients with exclusive access to our Help Desk, FAQ, and Enhancement Request sections of the Web Site.  Customers may submit support requests via the automated ticket tracking system, and browse the frequently asked questions section for quick, simple fixes to commonly encountered issues.  Clients with a requirement for enhancement development may also use the Client Support area to submit their enhancement requests directly to our development staff.

From my experience, this type of Client Support feature is rare among freelance designers and alike.  My hope is to provide cutting edge, efficient, and timely support to all Clients with the help of this Customer-friendly tool.

For years my friends and family have harped on me for offering "free" help to others.  I'm just that kind of guy unfortunately.  If you ask me to help you out, I will!  Simple and to the point.  15 years later I'm thinking I should have collected a few bucks along the way.  I'm not greedy but I, just like the majority of those out there trying to give it a go on their own, undervalue my time.  It's not intentional!  It just IS!

As of late it seems my know-how is in more and more demand.  I don't mean to toot my own horn as it were but folks around me are looking to have stuff done while I'm the kind of guy who can get said stuff done.  It's a great partnership as they say.  Lucky for me, these folks have friends.  Those friends need stuff done too.  You can see the pattern here I'm sure.

So, let it be said!  SMK Web Design is officially in business.  If you're ready, I'm nearly positive I'm ready!
